Financial Information
Siskiyou Eye Center is a provider for Medicare as well as other medical insurance carriers and the VSP vision plan. Our billing department is available to answer any of your questions in this area.
Our billing department will be happy to work out a payment plan for those wishing to extend their payments over a period of time because of financial hardship.
